3D Printing
Our thread holders are made on a 3D printer. The filament is made from corn syrup which means our thread holders are biodegradable. If you would to find out more about the filament we used to create our product please take a look here.
With my husband's CAD skills and my embroidery knowledge we developed this product for both the serious and hobby embroiderer.
Colour Range
Our products come in 6 colours: white, pink, silver, gold, green/blue, pink/orange. We've found it hard to show the lovely irridescence on the two tone holders. So there may be some colour difference to the product you receive. If you are unhappy with the colour, please get in contact so we can help you.

List of Sizes
As a keen embroiderer and needlepointer I have struggled managing my threads. Have you lost skeins in the bottom of a bag only to find them again after you've purchased replacements? Have you found your threads in a knot and spent ages unravelling them? If you have, then this product is for you.
We have 3 different sizes for different needs. Our large organiser is 192mm x 70mm and 4mm thick. This comes with three designs of holes: standard, large and mixed.
Standard size holes will take a whole skein of embroidery thread. The holes are 10mm in diametre. The large holes are designed to take wool for needlepoint but could also be used for embroidery thread if you have a large project. The large holes are 20mm diameter and this will take a hank of wool. Finally our mixed holder has standard holes on one side and large holes on the other, because sometimes projects have small quantities of some colours and large quantities of others.
The small thread holder is for those people who do small projects, like greetings cards, and just need to keep a few threads tidy. This has 5 standard size holes on each side and is 113mm x 35mm x 4mm thick.
Our medium size organiser has standard size holes and is the same length as the small organiser but has more space in the middle so you can write the thread number on the organiser or put sticky labels on to keep track of what threads you are using. It is 113mm x 70mm x 4mm.
You may have noticed that all the holders are 4mm thick. We created our product to be robust and to last. Having made the investment to buy a thread holder we want you to keep it and keep reusing it.
